Payments and Fees
Pricing for dispatch services is disclosed prior to service commencement. Current pricing options may include:
A percentage per load booked, or
A flat weekly dispatch fee
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Factoring & Third-Party Services
KAYSHIP may assist clients in connecting with third-party factoring companies or service providers. Any agreements entered into with third parties are solely between the client and the third party.
KAYSHIP is not responsible for the terms, performance, or actions of third-party providers.
